Generalised anxiety disorder is a serious, extraordinary, and chronic form of anxiety that complicates life for the individual to cope with their daily activities. Anxiety can be a precursor or early symptom of depression. One can be anxious and depressed at the same time. Anxious people worry about things that will probably never happen. They exaggerate the possible negative outcome of any matter in their minds.
